-Deposit of 10% at order, fully refundable anytime you decide to cancel the order. Waiting time
usually between six months (for a renaissance flute) and a year (for a baroque flute).
-Payment in full before shipping the flute. I will email you two to three weeks before.
-I pay shipping expenses.
-Preferred payment: Paypal, or you suggest which method is more convenient to you.
-Flute can be sent back, no questions asked, for full refund within two weeks after receival.
-If you send back the flute, I will refund you in full the same day I receive the instrument.
-If an instrument gets damaged or lost during shipment, I will replace it or refund it, you
choose. Damaged instruments must be shipped back at your expenses.
-I apply a 10% discount for flutes picked up and paid for in Florence, because it avoids
uncertainties of shipping, money exchange charges, and allows me to tune it with the person
that has to play it. Me and my wife are always pleased to guest one or two friends overnight.
